Kalyanram Costumes, a sister concern of Kalyanram Chamayam Costume Rentals, Kerala, undertakes sale of readymade and made-to-order (customised) theatrical and dance costumes for groups and soloists, of all ages and sizes. From Indian classical dance, Semi-classical and Folk, Bollywood-inspired styles to Western artforms: we design, stitch and ship our costumes within Kerala, India and the World.

Our clientele includes leading educational institutions, recreational centres teaching the performative arts, film production houses and television channels, and professional dance companies and soloists, located in India and abroad. Our product mix comprises finished costumes, accessories, ornaments, and properties. The USP of our brand is our ability to undertake mass customization without compromising on aesthetics, quality and price. 
Owing to which, we have been able to cultivate a customer base that values and trusts our products and services.

History
Conceived by the Late Mr TA Kalyanaraman (Sreeram), Kalyanram Chamayam Costume Rentals, Kalyanram Costumes, and Kalyanram Uniforms boasts a rich business legacy rooted in textile trade that goes back over a 100 years and began with his grandfather Mr TS Kalyanarama Iyer of Thrissur.

At present, the brand has three large format showrooms situated in the heart of three major cities of Kerala: Thrissur, Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi. The business is now jointly run by Ms Mangala Kalyanram, Mr Anand Kalyanram, Ms Pradipti J Kalyanram, and Mr Balaram Kalyanram.

The Team
Apart from being part of a legacy business house, helmed by Ms Mangala Kalyanram, the new generation of the family has experience in the corporate world as well. Anand is a Chartered Accountant and has previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Pradipti was with the Hindu Group and has an Msc from the University of Oxford. And Balaram holds a masters degree in Business (specialising in Entrepreneurship) from the University of Liverpool.
